The Le Mura di Sopra Tuscany farm house can be rented year round.  Please contact us for off season rates.

The house will sleep ten.  If additional space is needed for larger groups or families the barn, which sleeps 4 to 6, can also be rented.  Note that the barn is never rented separately.

Rates are in Pounds Sterling per week, net of any currency exchange commissions.

For USA $, Euro or rates in other currencies, please contact us.  Currency exchange commissions are for the account of the renter.

For January to April rates, please contact us.

  • Please note that this is a no smoking household. Guests may only smoke outside.
     

  • No pets please.
     

  • Also available out of high season. Please contact us for rates.
     

  • Rentals are inclusive of maid service twice a week, gas and electricity.
     

  • Booking deposit is 20%.
     

  • Balance of the rental is due 8 weeks before arrival.
     

  • A security deposit is required.  House only £500.00.  For the house and barn £750.00
     

  • Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday.
     

  • Departure time is 10 AM, arrival time is 4 PM.
     

  • There are telephones on each floor. Calls are metered and charged accordingly.
     

  • All linen is included.
